Saving in a different order can prevent you from closing the patient form. If you encounter this error, close Daybreak by choosing Exit from the Main Menu. Restart Daybreak and proceed with data entry, being certain to save the NPI/Medicare ID first when entering a new primary physician. Download and upgrade to version 1.2 to eliminate this behavior.
